RESIDENT AGREEMENT
Beacon House is a 12-Step based recovery housing program designed to provide structure, accountability, and support for men building a life in recovery.
A refundable $154 deposit is due at move-in. Residents pay $154 in program fees each Friday. These fees include housing, utilities, case management, transportation, and 24/7 staffing.
To support a safe and recovery-focused environment, residents participate in random urine drug screens throughout their stay. New residents also begin with an initial 7 to 14 day property restriction, allowing time to settle in, connect with the community, and focus on their recovery.
Full-time employment is required by day 30 of residency. Beacon House supports residents in this process by helping with resume writing, interview skills, and connections to staffing agencies and local employers.
Residents are also expected to participate in continuing clinical care through the treatment provider of their choice, which may include Intensive Outpatient Programming, individual therapy, or aftercare.
Residents are encouraged to work first shift whenever possible. Third-shift employment is not permitted.
